City Relief, LLC (The Company) does not offer nor imply any form of guarantee, warranty or refund. All sales are final for the length of the term purchased.
The purchase of advertising space on the City Relief website does not grant you ownership of any parts of the site.
The Company may at any time change the rate of donation, the use of monies earned and the charities being donated to.
The Company does not guarantee an increase in your sales from the purchase of advertising space on our site.
City Relief, LLC has the ability to modify the site at any time they feel in necessary to try and increase your visibility as well as their own.
If signed up to auto renew at the end of your term, we will automatically charge your credit card on file. We will inform you 30 days in advance of this charge in the event you want to modify or cancel your advertising space.
At any given time you may upgrade to larger space granted the space is available and you pay the difference in price. Your term will then begin from that date of purchase.
Images must be static, not animated. They must be the exact size you purchase and be received in JPEG or GIF or PDF format.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless City Relief, LLC from any claim resulting from your use of our website.
You expressly agree that your use of our website and service is at your sole risk. Neither City Relief, LLC, or its service providers, agents, licensors, employees, or third party partners shall have any liability for any damages suffered by you or any other party as a result of the use or misuse of our services.
